Sylvia Hahn (1911-2001) CPE

Sylvia Hahn was born in 1911 in Toronto, the daughter of muralist and designer Gustav Hahn. She studied at the University of Toronto and at the Ontario College of Art with J.W. Beatty and Franklin Carmichael, among others. She worked as a staff artist for the Department of Archaeology at the Royal Ontario Museum. She painted the Emmanual College and Victoria College chapels at the University of Toronto. Sylvia died in 2001 in Whitby, Ontario.
