Edith Grace Coombs

Edith Grace Coombs (1890-1986) RCA, OSA

Edith Grace Coombs was a Hamilton-born Canadian artist. She studied at the Ontario College of Art (now OCAD) from 1913 to 1918, later becoming assistant instructor at the college. Coombs also studied at the New York School of Fine and Applied Arts. Her work is held within the collections of the Art Gallery of Hamilton, the Canadian Museum of Civilization, and the Macdonald-Stewart Art Centre of Guelph, Ontario.
